After graduating from Georgia Tech in 1995 with a degree in Business Management, Todd Vance moved to Spartanburg, SC and began working for a mortgage lender. He trained for 6 months and was asked to open an office in Charleston, SC. After 3 years of business experience, he opened his own mortgage business and subsequently obtained his real estate license. During this time, he acquired distressed property and rehabilitated it for resale.

At the request of his brother-in-law, Michael Nicklaus, Todd moved to North Palm Beach, FL in December 2003 to help build Golden Bear Realty, LLC. He proved himself as a residential and pre-construction specialist for 2 years and was then asked to head the sales department. As sales manager, Todd looks forward to the continuous challenge of growing the business and maintaining a family atmosphere for everyone associated with Golden Bear Realty – especially the clients!

Todd and his wife, Clary, live in Palm Beach Gardens with their son, JJ, and newborn daughter, Lilly. In his spare time, Todd enjoys golf and spending time with his family. As a 4-year football letterman and member of the 1990 National Championship Team, he is an avid fan of the mighty Yellow Jackets.
