Jim Ayala has over 20 years of experience in real estate including land acquisition for large builders, building/construction and residential real estate.

Jim prides himself on helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. He understands that whether his clients are buying or selling, there are a lot of emotions that come into play. Jim says, “I will not be satisfied until I know my clients have accomplished what they set out to do”.

Originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Jim and his family have been living in south Florida since 1982. Jim’s love is golf and his passion is the Pittsburg Steelers. Jim truly believes he’s living in Paradise!
