Ann Cotsalas is from Garden City, New York. She is a graduate of Adelphi University where she received a BA in Art. She attended post graduate school at Parsons School of Design specializing in graphic design and advertising.

Ann worked at McCalls Magazine in New York as Merchandise Editor before moving to Florida. She and her husband, Alex, currently reside in Palm Beach Gardens. Ann began her career in Real Estate in 1990. She has her GRI and specializes in golf club communities and waterfront.

Ann is a parishioner at St. Patricks Catholic Church. She enjoys playing golf and is a member at PGA National and Westhampton Country Club.
