In the world of real estate, an agent’s ability to focus on each individual client and assist them in finding either the home of their dreams, an investment or perhaps a second home, is what being a Realtor is all about. Marsha loves talking with people and learning about their lives, occupations, families, pets, etc. Assisting them in finding the “right” home for their specific needs is very important to her.

Marsha loves tennis, golf, boating, beaching, shopping, symphony, movies, plays, exercising, eating at fabulous restaurants and walking the beach. She and her husband, Rick, have been married for 27 years and through the years have built a successful insurance agency. The insurance industry has provided Marsha with the knowledge of home values, communication, service, understanding contracts and most importantly, taking care of people.

Marsha and Rick have two children. Their son, Ricky, lives in Bradenton and is following in his parents footsteps in the insurance industry. Their daughter, Jennifer, attended IMG Academies in Bradenton, trained with The Leadbetter School of Golf and is now a student at Texas State University studying with an emphasis in Law.
