Tom Waidelich is a versatile real estate agent with more than 16 years of industry experience. His expertise includes appraisal, sales, loan origination, and training other real estate professionals on the use of information databases. This multitude of market knowledge enables Tom to assist his clients through the complete buying or selling process from beginning to end.

Born and raised in Clark, New Jersey, Tom managed the family business, Chestnut Tavern and Restaurant in Union, NJ, and launched his real estate career before moving to Florida in 1991.

Currently, Tom resides in Jupiter, Florida, where he is an active member of the architectural committee for the Ridge at the Bluffs.
