Janet Delaney Rubin began her career in Real Estate as a Broker in New York specializing in luxury homes in the Port Washington and Sands Point areas.

After moving to Florida in the early 1980’s, Janet was invited to join the new project sales staff at Boca Pointe Country Club where she maintained a top producer status for several years. As the number of country club projects increased in the Boca Raton area, she shifted her emphasis to the general real estate market specializing in country club communities and luxury homes.

Janet believes that all country clubs are not alike. “It’s important to be knowledgeable of the amenities and lifestyles in order to efficiently match buyers and sellers which eliminate the frustration that results when their needs are not met.” She has relocated to the Jupiter/North Palm Beach area because of the amazing and beautiful developments here – both on the waterfront and in country club communities.
