Kim Price

Kim Price is a highly motivated real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience including sales, finance and investments. She currently serves as Director for the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound (JTHS) Association of Realtors. In 2009, she was inducted into the Realtor’s Honor Society; and, in 2008, she worked as the Vice Chair International for the association.

Most recently, Kim was appointed to the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) Finance Committee, which reviews the budget and operation for RMLS systems. She also serves on the Public Policy and Global Business Committees. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Realtors, and the JTHS Association of Realtors.

A resident of the coastal Palm Beach area for more than 30 years, Kim specializes in property located in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. With a wealth of knowledge in finance and investments, Kim can easily assist her clients through the short sale process, second home purchase, or property investments. She has a sincere desire to help buyers and sellers in complicated situations and understands the emotions and individual needs in today’s real estate climate. In addition, her expertise in leasing and brokerage consulting enable Kim to help both landlords and tenants with rental properties.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Jupiter with her husband, Barry, and teenage son, Alex.
