Prior to his career as a real estate professional, Clay worked as a primary level appraiser for residences in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Orlando. His previous experience as a property appraiser serves him well in the real estate profession, as he is able to gather comparables sales reports and ensure that his clients are getting the best possible representation.
Additionally, Clay has worked as an architecture design assistant and is happy to help clients with their interior design needs. Supervising the construction and design process for various local projects, Clay tries to incorporate green and innovative technologies for a better, safer living atmosphere. He has experience in both interior and landscape design.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Clay has been a Florida resident for the past 10 years. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in political science and attended Columbia College where he studied architectural drafting and design.
