JoAnn Terranova is a versatile real estate agent with more than 22 years of industry experience. She specializes in waterfront homes and estates, golf communities, condominiums and town homes in Palm Beach and Martin County.

A native of Rhode Island, JoAnn graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a licensed real estate broker in both Rhode Island and Florida. In 2004, she received the Rookie Realtor of the Year Award from the Jupiter Board of Realtors. She is a licensed property manager through the Florida Community Association Management and has extensive experience supervising multi-million dollar properties.
In her spare time, JoAnn works on community, education-based fundraising to benefit children and the elderly. She is also an active member of the Singer Island Civic Association, which supports economic development on Singer Island.
